After waiting over 90 days, I got word today that my student loan of over 20 years is dismissed!! I sent in the form for dismissal in February and today I received the letter from them and checks from the IRS for every penny they took from us! We are still waiting on 2 checks to come in.
So if you went to school, and did not have a GED or a High School diploma, fill out the form for false certification and try to get your loan dismissed.
